Graduated from Rikkyo University with a degree in Psychology. Having served for many years as Financial Controller and HR Manager at the Japanese subsidiaries of US companies (J.Walter Thompson, Analog Devices, Perkin-Elmer, Applied Materials) and an Ito-chu Group company, established Yashima International HR Consulting Office in 2005.
In March 2016, Incorporated to International HR Partners Corporation. In August 2020, changed the name to Minato HR International.
